Happy Birthday Eric!!

Thursday was Eric's birthday... yes, I missed both Kira and Eric's bdays while I was away. :-( Saturday night we had friends over to celebrate E's bday with some cake, a fire, and S'mores. It was a fun night and we were able to watch some Olympics too! We are so thankful for a group of wonderful, caring friends.

My masterpiece! Yeah right! This cake is so amazingly yummy, but because it has lots of uneven layers of yummy gooey goodness inside of it... well it always looks awful on the outside. There wasn't a single piece leftover, so I guess looks don't matter!

This picture just makes me laugh out loud. This is Tim and Steph... nope not married, but just happened to be sitting there and I started to say, Steph and Dan (her hubby) and I caught myself and saw it was Tim. Tim is such a funny guy, so he just played right along and now we have a funny, very random picture!

Paige enjoyed wearing Kaden's power ranger's outfit, but please notice... she is holding a barbie in the other hand. That's our Paigy!
