Last night we got Kira's bangs cut. They were really long and just kind of thin and nappy, so we took her for a tiny trim... It was a disaster! They were fine when the stylist started cutting, but then for some reason I listened to Eric when he said they should be a little shorter. Against my better judgement I told her she could go a smidge shorter, but clearly she took that to mean about and inch above her eyebrows! Then, to top it off Kira has a cowlick (and I know it's not correctly spelled) which makes her bangs look completely crooked.
So, all in all is was a complete disaster and my daughter will have terrible hair for Christmas :(
She doesn't seem to mind...

I think she looks great! Anyone could have straight bangs but to look that great in bangs with character is special!
